Live Steam:

Dosing pump supply the system at controlled speed with water,
which is transformed into steam in the steam distributor pipe by the heat
of the oil and the applied vacuum. |
Condenser:

Cyclone condenser type equipped with cooling coil and cooling
jacket secure complete condensing of steam and other volatile matters. Calculation
of cooling area has taken deposit of condensed material into consideration.
After the deodorizing process condensate is removed. |
Vacuum:

Produced by water ring pump supplied with chilled
water in a closed loop system. The system can reach a pressure of 8-10 mbar.
Lower pressure down to 1 m bar can be reached in a special version supplied
with an air booster. |
Chilled Water:

Closed loop system comprising condenser, water ring pump,
liquid/air separator and cooling unit. |
Cooling:

Cooling coils in the deodoriser vessel supplied with cooling
water at suitable temperature. |
Citric Acid:

Citric acid solution is dosed after the deodorizing process
by a measuring vessel under vacuum. |
Construction material:

All parts in contact with the oil is stainless steel. Deodorising
vessel is coated with acid resistant material. |
Mounting:

On a 1,5 x 1,3 m base plate constructed for fork-lift handling. |
