By means of OACCP IFSC secures that the lipid oxidation is being limited from the very beginning, i.e. during raw material production, processing in factory, packaging, storage and on the shelves of the customers.
Fractionation and recipe engineering of all our speciality oils and fats is carried out in highly hygienic and selective conditions, as our products are processed through Green Technology and are free from any contamination with any solvent or detergent. None of these chemicals are used in any part of our production processes.
Our speciality fats produced by our partners in Malaysia are carefully and selectively tailored to satisfy the extremely stringent and demanding applications for moulding, coating or filling in Confectionery and Bakery Industries and other various applications in the Dairy Industry. The production plant in Malaysia, to whom IFSC is providing the know-how for development and production of speciality fats, is an ISO 9002 approved company which is run to the HACCP principles.
After shipment to Europe the bulk products are kept in the storage tanks of the refinery in Holland, a state-of-the-art ISO 9002 and HACCP approved company, specialised since 1930 in refining all kinds of edible oils and fats, with whom IFSC has been in co-operation for nearly 10 years under a license agreement. Each consignment, before leaving to the customer, goes through a complete refining and deodorization process, which guarantees that the customer will receive first class products.
